About the Role

Are you a passionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse looking to make a real difference in people’s lives? We’re seeking a warm, compassionate individual to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their care journey. Whether you're just starting your nursing career or already building your experience, this is an excellent chance to grow within a nurturing and professional environment.

In this role, you'll provide hands-on care across a range of clinical settings, always upholding the highest standards in line with regulatory and statutory requirements. If you thrive in a team-focused workplace and are committed to continuous learning and compassionate care, we’d love to welcome you into our supportive and inclusive team.

- Current registration (or eligibility) with the Nursing Board of Australia, including a qualification in medication administration.

- Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach, with the ability to prioritise care and respond to changing clinical needs.

- Experience delivering nursing care in a healthcare setting, ideally with exposure to specialities such as Gynaecology, Urology, or Breast/Endocrine.

- Sound knowledge of the Enrolled Nurse’s scope of practice, including understanding of relevant legislation, codes, and professional standards.
