The successful candidate will oversee daily operations of the Health Club, leading and supporting fitness professionals and group fitness instructors. This includes coordinating and delivering fitness-based community events to increase participation and strengthen local connections.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will support membership acquisition and retention, driving participation across fitness, personal training, and group fitness initiatives.
* Provide professional fitness instruction to all members and guests
* Engage proactively with all customers entering the Health Club
* Create tailored, motivating, and enjoyable fitness programs for members
Key responsibilities include managing all staff working within the Health Club, ensuring strong customer engagement and a safe environment. Regular cleaning and maintenance tasks are also essential to maintaining high standards.
Administrative duties include preparing weekly operational updates and contributing to end-of-month reporting, including participation data, occupancy, member insights, and program performance metrics.
