About the Role: The Marketing Communications Specialist will support brand strategy, positioning and execution across key internal stakeholders, suppliers and external audiences. Working closely with the Marketing and Communications teams, as well as cross-functional teams, this role helps ensure the brand is consistently represented across all customer touchpoints, drives engagement with target audiences, and supports commercial objectives, resulting in improved value for our brand. Key Responsibilities: Communications Content Creation: Develop targeted communications for franchisees, suppliers and external audiences Work closely with the communications team to manage and maintain the communications calendar to ensure the timely delivery of news and information to key stakeholders across the region Support the Communications team with operational communications and events as required. Hands on content creation such as blogs, press releases and articles. Brand & Marketing Support Support the development and execution of brand strategies aligned to business objectives Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all channels and materials. Assist in managing brand assets, templates and messaging frameworks. Demand Generation & Sales Enablement Develop sales toolkits, pitch decks, and collateral to support business development Coordinate brand & marketing campaigns across digital & social media, including the management of content calendar Liaise with agencies, designers and internal stakeholders to deliver high quality brand content Stakeholder & Project Management Manage timelines, approvals and workflows, ensuring alignment with brand and messaging guidelines Assist with budget tracking and supplier coordination. Support governance processes to ensure brand compliance. Market & Performance Insights Support market and competitor analysis to inform brand positioning. Track campaign performance, engagement metrics and brand usage. Prepare reports and insights to inform optimisation and future initiatives. Key Skills Required: Strong written and oral communication skills Experience in B2B communications roles preferred but not essential Solid stakeholder management and project management skills Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications 5 years experience in communications or marketing or brand roles, ideally within B2B, professional services or complex organisations. Familiarity with digital channels (web, email, LinkedIn) and marketing performance metrics.
