Requirements:
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Registered Nurse (RN), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Social Worker qualifications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Proficiency in digital tools and software.
