Our client provides a range of healthcare services in Victoria and is one of the top healthcare providers in Melbourne.
We are currently seeking an experienced high volume Payroll Officer to join this large payroll team on a full-time basis. This role will be based in the office, 8am-4:30pm.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Processing weekly and fortnightly payrolls
Leave calculations including parental, maternity, long service and annual etc.
Award and EBA interpretation
Following up and resolving all payroll related queries
Processing annual leave, sick leave, and long service leave requests
Maintenance of payroll records
Calculation of back pays
Assisting with processing all current starters
To be successful in this role, you must have worked in a high-volume environment, ideally over 1,000 employees dealing with multiple awards/EBAs. A working knowledge of SAP is highly desirable
It is essential that you have an in-dept knowledge of SAP and previous SAP experience.
