Job Description:
Payroll Officer - Immediate Start (Not-for-Profit, Perth)
We're working with a respected Not-for-Profit organisation that urgently requires an experienced Payroll Officer for a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
To be considered, you must have proven hands-on experience with Chris21. Applications without Chris21 experience cannot be progressed.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing for a large and diverse workforce
- Maintain employee records, pay codes and leave entitlements accurately
- Ensure compliance with all awards, agreements and legislation
- Prepare and reconcile payroll reports to support management
- Work closely with HR and Finance teams to deliver accurate, on-time payroll
What We're Looking For
- Chris21 payroll experience - essential
- At least 2 years' experience in a payroll position
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and adapt to change
- Team-focused with excellent communication skills
- Committed to compliance, confidentiality and integrity
