THE ROLE As the Nursing Manager in Bundoora, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our client's medical centre operations.

Manage scheduling, staffing, and patient flow to optimise productivity and service quality.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of administrative and support staff as well as doctors.
Foster a positive work culture, promote professional development, and address any performance issues promptly.
Coherent in budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
Implement cost effective measures without compromising the quality of care.
Commercial acumen - ability to drive results and continue to grow the business, expanding opportunities Enhance patient satisfaction by streamlining appointment processes, handling patient complaints with empathy, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Ensure the practice adheres to all healthcare regulations and standards.
Manage risk assessments, maintain confidentiality, and implement best practices for safety and compliance.
Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement strategic plans aimed at improving practice operations, expanding services, and achieving the organisations goals.
