THE ROLE
Reporting to the Manager Client Systems Support, the position represents the local housing offices in driving enhancements and ensuring the smooth operation of the Housing Systems Applications, including HiiP (Housing Integrated Information Program).
In addition, the position serves as a key support function within the team, providing valuable subject matter expertise to Operational Divisions, maintain strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders, perform essential administrative support to the team by handling housing related queries and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared for team-led meetings or presentations.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
* Contribute to the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including:
* Assisting in research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputs
* Supporting the development and delivery of projects or sub-projects and their successful delivery and completion within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters
* Contributing to the monitoring and evaluation of projects to ensure departmental objectives are met
* Provide effective support to service delivery sites in the implementation and use of client systems.
* Undertake system user acceptance testing and assess and action data fix requirements to ensure system maintenance.
