About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced individual to join MDHS as a People & Culture Coordinator.
This role is responsible for providing high-quality service, support, and best practice advice to managers and staff in relation to recruitment and selection activities and ongoing workforce resourcing needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Oversight of recruitment processes within People & Culture
* Working in partnership with managers to enable tailored people-focused solutions ensuring high-quality outcomes
