We are currently seeking Casual Assistant in Nursing to work with our residential aged care facility clients across the Canberra region.

About the Opportunity
* Providing care in accordance to resident individualized assessed care needs.
* Reporting all incidents and changes in resident behaviour's in a timely manner to RNs
* Complete all activities related to Residents Care documentation Plans and ensure high compliance with relevant documentation processes
* Participate in activities aimed at the continuous improvement of services
About You
The ideal candidate must demonstrate the following:
* Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care / Disability
* Minimum of 3 month's work experience as PCA / AIN within residential aged care, home care.
* Flexibility and reliability to work required shifts
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff
* Strong passion for working with the elderly
* Valid police check
* Evidence of COVID vaccinations
* Working with Vulnerable People Card
