About You
* You are an experienced corporate and infrastructure lawyer with experience in a top-tier private practice and/or large ASX-listed organisations
* You have demonstrated expertise in complex transactions within transport, energy, roads or related sectors
* You have in-depth knowledge of infrastructure law and contractual frameworks
* You have rail transit systems experience and have the ability to work on rail refranchising projects
* You have the ability to provide clear, high-quality, strategic, commercially focussed legal advice
* You have the ability to identify and manage legal and contractual risks aligned with a business' risk guardrails and commercial objectives
* You have experience supporting project governance frameworks, approvals and reporting processes to ensure compliance with policies while ensuring robust, informed decision-making
* You have the ability to deliver clear, concise advice that integrates legal and commercial considerations for executive decision-making.
* You have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distil complex issues into actionable insights
* You have strong negotiation skills and sound commercial judgment
* You have a track record of building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders
* You have the ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously
* You have a minimum of 6 years' experience
* You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
* You have a current practising certificate
* You have the right to live and work in Australia
