We are looking for an energetic and skilled Client Liaison Officer to join our established construction company. As a market leader in the region we are looking to continually improve our customer experience with this role being crucial in delivering a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers throughout the residential construction process.
About the Role
As a Client Liaison Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for valued clients. With a focus on construction and general administration services your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional service.
- Track and monitor project timelines, milestones, and key dates, informing clients of any changes or delays.
- Schedule and attend client meetings including but not limited to; pre-start, colour selections, site walkthroughs, and handover.
- Manage general administration duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with construction supervisors, estimators, and administrative staff to ensure timely flow of information and updates to clients.
About You
- Demonstrated Professional Presentation: Ability to represent the company in a polished, professional, and confident manner across all client and stakeholder interactions.
- Passionate & Enthusiastic: You have a genuine interest in the new home building industry and are eager to help clients build their dream homes.
- Time Management: Ability to work autonomously, apply structure and remain punctual.
- Communication Skills: Adaptive Communication Skills with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism.
- Understanding or previous experience in the construction industry will be highly regarded.
- Current driver’s licence and vehicle.
