About The Role
You will case manage applications for employers and visa applicants across a variety of visa types, albeit primarily 482, 186, and 494, as well as some 400, and 408 visas. GSM and Family visas are also available depending on skills and experience. This full time role will suit an experienced Registered Migration Agent or Immigration Lawyer with a MARN. Key responsibilities will be:
* Case manage visa, nomination and sponsorship applications
* Actively manage client relationships by providing timely, complete and accurate advice as needed
* Conduct consultations with new and existing clients

Experience Required
* Expert in employer sponsored and temporary work visas
Qualifications and Requirements
* Excellent professional English written and oral communication including ability to communicate with a wide range of clients from C‐suite executives, people managers, to small business owners and individual visa applicants from different backgrounds.
* Excellent case management and organizational skills to manage deadlines and perform in a fast‐paced role
* Diligent attention to detail, thorough and conscientious approach to all cases especially when under pressure
* Demonstrated professionalism, integrity and strong customer service instincts
* Minimum 3 years' post qualification experience managing employer sponsored applications full time
* Experience with Migration Manager preferred
