The Clinical Nurse at RN/M2C level delivers nursing services across diverse health service settings, demonstrating a higher level of clinical proficiency developed through experience and further study. Your role includes accepting accountability for your own practice standards and those activities delegated to others. You will provide guidance and development to less experienced staff and undertake portfolio responsibilities aligned with your career development plan. While predominantly clinical, this role also includes leadership and management duties that support the team and improve patient outcomes. What We’re Looking For: RN/M1 Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice. Experience in the use of computer packages e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel. RN/M2C Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. Registered Nurse with at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience. Experience in the use of computer packages e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel. Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice. Experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses, and less experienced registered nurses.
