We are seeking a P6 Planner to join our growing team based in Canberra. This is a national role, supporting our key projects and our services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage detailed schedules for projects and operations.
- Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to gather updates and adjust plans.
- Monitor progress and flag potential delays or conflicts.
- Generate reports on milestones, resource use, and schedule performance.
- Support planning meetings with accurate, up-to-date scheduling data.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and safety standards.
What You Will Bring
- Experience in scheduling, planning, or coordination roles.
- Proven experience as a P6 Planner on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and scheduling best practices.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Primavera P6 - desirable).
- Experience producing daily progress reports, KPI updates, and schedule analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work effectively when working with remote teams.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or similar is preferred but not essential.
