Senior Business Analyst - Supply Chain D365

We create "Happy Snacking Moments" for everyone and produce popular Australian brands such as Kettle, CC's, Thins, Cheezels, The Natural Chip Company and Nice & Natural.
Across our three sites we manufacture over 200 million packets of chips a year.
About the role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Supply Chain Management to join our IT Applications team and drive successful delivery of D365 projects, enhancements and support across our Operations function.
This role will be based at our head office in Norwest with regular travel to our manufacturing site at Orchard Hills.
What you'll be responsible for
Lead analysis, configuration and delivery of Microsoft D365 Operations projects and enhancements.
Support supply chain and manufacturing users, managing incidents and change requests in your support queue.
Follow ITIL processes and methodologies for approval and migration of changes to production.
Collaborate with Operations, Project Office and IT teams to resolve issues across manufacturing, warehousing, distribution and inventory.
Partner with supply chain and operations departments to ensure solutions meet operational requirements and align with business milestones.
Coordinate project plans, budgets and reporting.
Influence best practice solution architecture and support a high-performance IT culture.
Work with vendors for support and upgrade information.
Develop and lead unit, system and user testing to implement changes into production.
Build strong relationships across stakeholders and business users.
What you'll bring to the role
Proven experience as a Senior BA in Supply Chain/SCM, ideally in FMCG.
Excellent Dynamics 365 and business process knowledge in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules.
Solution knowledge of Dynamics 365, SQL database and integration technologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Strong analytical, project planning and commercial acumen.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives, navigate conflicting priorities and work with senior leaders.
