About the Role: We are looking for a passionate Podiatrist to join a brand-new multidisciplinary clinic in Castle Hill, NSW. Established in November 2025, you'll be part of a team of 12 including physiotherapists, podiatrists, exercise physiologists and clinical pilates instructors, working from a purpose-built clinic with a gym, biomechanics lab, pilates room and clinical treatment rooms. Your primary focus will be on delivering clinical podiatry care including lower limb assessment, gait analysis, skin and nail care, and comprehensive treatment and management plans. You'll also have access to cutting-edge technologies including Presscam systems, motion tracking analysis and thermoforming for custom orthotics. There is also a unique opportunity to be involved in the business's orthotics distribution arm, which offers a specialised orthotic that is sturdy yet ultra-thin, flexible and adaptable to specific sports. For the right candidate, this could extend to working with AI-driven health reports, Ground Reaction Force Plates, and business development activities.
