We are seeking ACEs who demonstrate:
* Compassionate, person-centred care, supporting residents with dignity, empathy and patience.
* Strong communication and observational skills, reporting health, mobility or behavioural changes promptly to nursing staff.
* Commitment to safety and best practice, including infection control, manual handling and maintaining a clean, supportive environment.

Eligibility Requirements:
* Certificate III or higher plus 6 months full-time experience in residential aged care settings OR current Bachelor of Nursing students who have completed a 160-hour aged care clinical placement
* Valid National Police Check
* Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Up-to-date COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
* Full Australian working rights
