In this customer-facing role, you'll provide in office service, support, and training for SolarEdge systems.
Occasional travel to customer sites is required.Location: Remote, located in Brisbane, QueenslandEmployment Type: Full-TimeOverviewResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and commission SolarEdge systems at residential and commercial sites.Act as the main point of contact for installers and customers, providing guidance on best practices and technical support.Train installers and customers on system installation, operation, and maintenance.Conduct site audits and system reviews to ensure compliance, performance, and quality standards.Support the internal team with insights from the field to enhance service and system performance.QualificationsValid QLD electrical license (mandatory) – electrical engineers will not be considered.Full Australian working rights (citizen or permanent resident).
