We are seeking an Operational Support Officers who can support the daily operational needs of a large transport company. The role will require presence on a warehouse floor performing administrative tasks such as data entry, client services and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
* To provide outstanding levels of administrative support to senior members of the company
* Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* To provide accurate, current and relevant information in response to customer's inquiries.
* Have a high level understanding of clerical duties
* Previous experience in Transport and Logistics an advantage but not essential
* To present oneself in a positive and professional manner at all times.
* To aim to build strong and positive business relationships with customers and end users.
* To facilitate a prompt and accurate flow of policy, product and technical information both within the company and externally to our customers and end users.
* To possess a suitable amount of product knowledge to satisfy sales or service calls via telephone or web enquiries
* To co-operate by willingly participating and supporting team decisions, being a good team player.
* To share information by keeping people informed and up-to-date about the group processes.
* To promote a friendly climate, good morale and co-operation, promoting a good reputation with both internal and external customers.
