About the Opportunity As the National Strata Operations Manager, you will support the Head of Strata with achieving the strategic objectives, that encompasses:
Strategic and operational development and management of the team Performance reviews and management (in conjunction with Head of Strata) Job allocation and ensuring the team is 'right sized' to fulfil our client obligations Account management – maintaining and building business Loss adjusting You will be confident in managing and completing Strata and complex domestic site inspections, ascertaining cause and extent of damage, appointing trades/other relevant specialists, and providing a seamless end-to-end claims experience for the customer.
Please note that the preferred locations are either Sydney or QLD (Brisbane or Gold Coast).
About You You will be an exceptional leader with a strong loss adjusting background, that will:
Be an expert communicator; empathetic nature; great listener – able to communicate concisely and tailor messaging (verbal and written) to their intended audience, which translates to high calibre reports for our clients Be a problem solver and have a curious persona; searches for the root cause/s and proactively finds solutions throughout the claim journey Be intrinsically driven to provide highest level of customer service that is always thoughtful and timely Have a growth mindset that values continuous learning and absorbs new information and change with ease Be resilient and focused on achieving positive outcomes for your key stakeholders Mentor and support your team members to improve the overall service we provide to our valued clients Key Requirements Significant loss adjusting and business operations experience Experienced Loss Adjuster with relevant loss adjusting qualifications Associate of Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (desirable) Strong leadership experience, positive outlook and commitment to continuous improvement and business growth Strong management and organisational skills Strong interpersonal skills (relationship building) Current and valid driver's licence About Crawford Crawford is the world's largest publicly listed claims management company operating in more than 70 countries.
