Some of your day to day includes: Work collaboratively with injured workers, potential employers, and your internal team of allied health professionals to provide safe, sustainable opportunities for workers to re-enter the workforce; Provide vocational counselling services to support injured workers utilising your motivational interviewing skills. Contribute to injured workers ability to achieve return to work goals through job skills development, confidence building and promoting independence; Apply and deliver customer service in employment services and job placement; Empower clients to effectively present their skills and abilities when seeking employment; Build strong relationships with local employers and organisations; Complete written progress and various other reports on a regular basis.
