Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse with expertise in breast cancer care to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of women diagnosed with breast cancer.
The Role
* Deliver high-quality, specialised breast care services to clients, providing information, education and support in accordance with evidence-based clinical practice guidelines.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate client-oriented support services across the care continuum.
* Provide expert clinical advice and leadership on breast care services to nursing staff and other multidisciplinary team members.
* Communicate effectively with senior staff regarding patient and service issues, ensuring accurate documentation that meets legal requirements.
* Foster positive relationships with all customers, resolving conflicts as they arise and responding to feedback and complaints.
* Accept and act upon patient and carer feedback, recommending improvements where necessary.
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, supporting the service quality plan and reporting.
* Participate in ongoing learning to enhance skills and knowledge in area of practice.
