Role Overview
As a Digital Manager at Bastion, you will lead by example in delivering high-quality digital campaigns across multiple channels. You will play a key role in planning, execution and optimisation - bringing tactical know how and a sharp eye for detail to ensure excellence at every stage. This role gives you exposure to strategic planning, while holding you accountable for campaign delivery and performance. Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead and contribute to
channel and tactical brainstorming sessions,
recommending approaches to meet client objectives.
* Support the Investment Director in developing
media partner briefs
and evaluating responses.
* Work with Planning leads to help develop
detailed media plans
that capture channels, tactics, investment and KPIs.
* Oversee
media buying processes,
including partner scheduling, bookings and creative specifications.
* Maintain accountability for
budget pacing and optimisation,
ensuring spend efficiency across campaigns.
* Conduct
performance analysis
on bids, audiences and creative assets, recommending optimisations throughout campaign delivery.
* Produce
weekly reporting
for clients, highlighting results, insights and optimisation actions.
* Support post-campaign analysis by evaluating channel performance, extracting insights and preparing recommendations.
* Partner with Strategy to support attribution modelling, regression studies and brand tracking analysis.
* Take responsibility for
financial processes
, including bookings, invoices, POs and account queries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Foster collaboration within the team and support the development of junior members through knowledge sharing and coaching.

* 4 years' experience in digital media (agency-side preferred).
