The ideal candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service, processing listings and contracts, work with multiple Sales Representatives and managing administration.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 12 months Office Experience (Real Estate experience highly regarded but not essential)
- Is ethical, disciplined and believes in self-development.
- Is resilient and can multi-task with ease.
- Is well presented, and has a polite and positive disposition.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- An advantage if you have experience with a range of software packages including or similar to REX, Airtable, Docusign, RPdata.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Superb organisational skills
- Initiative and self-motivation
- Willingness and confidence to learn new things
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions and work autonomously
Duties will include:
- Assisting clients and Sales Representatives
- Handling administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling appointments
- Booking key date inspections i.e., photos, termite and building inspections
- Assist with reminders
