PROJECT MANAGER
Start: ASAP
Duration: Permanent role
Hours: Monday to Friday (8am-4.30pm)
Rate: $150K + super (depending on experience)
The Role: As the Project Manager you will oversee project delivery from planning to completion.
This includes the management of budgets, schedules and contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Additionally, you will:
Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and contractors to coordinate works
Prepare and review tender submissions, progress claims and project documentation
Lead project teams, monitoring site performance and upholding safety, quality and compliance standards
Proven experience delivering construction projects in the commercial and residential sectors
End-to-end project delivery expertise
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong supervisory/leadership background with a professional and collaborative approach
Commercially astute with a focus on quality outcomes and on-target delivery
Qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management or similar
