The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm's performance-driven investment strategy and contribute to ensuring operational and analytical excellence across the portfolio, with exposure to both domestic and international equities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the operational and investment analytics aspects of fund management, with a strong focus on performance, data, and fund accounting.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance measurement and attribution analysis to support portfolio teamsDaily investment operations and trade management.Liquidity management and client cashflow oversightManage fund transitions and vendor relationshipsClient reporting and fund accounting, including unit pricing, management fees, and distributionsContributing to systems and process improvements to support growth and operational efficiencyIdeal Candidate5–10+ years of direct buy-side experience in performance analytics, with exposure to and hands-on experience in investment operations and fund accountingStrong analytical skills and hands-on experience with performance, data, and fund accountingProven experience implementing operational improvements, technology solutions, or infrastructure projectsStrong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholdersHighly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with industry-standard systems such as IRESS and FactSetFull Australian working rightsThis role provides the opportunity to combine a passion for investment performance with operational expertise in a boutique, high-performing environment.
