Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Singleton, NSW. As a Driving Instructor at Focused Driver Training, you will conduct professional driver training sessions, focusing on road safety and building confidence behind the wheel. You will work with individuals from various backgrounds and skill levels, assessing their progress and providing constructive feedback. The role involves adapting teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each learner. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.
Qualifications
Expertise in Driving Instruction and Driver Training; Strong knowledge of Road Safety practices and regulations; Experience with Truck Driving and related training, if applicable, is a plus; Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Valid and up-to-date driver and instructor licenses; A passion for fostering a safe and supportive learning environment for students.
