We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to fill this Registered Nurse position on a permanent full-time basis.
This role involves delivering high-quality clinical services in the home, conducting assessments, and collaborating with our teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver in-home nursing services including wound care, medication management, catheter care, and chronic disease support
* Conduct health assessments and clinical reviews
* Develop and monitor care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and coordinators
* Provide clinical oversight and mentoring to care staff
* Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to relevant compliance and safety standards
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Level 1)
* Experience in aged care, disability support, or community nursing
* Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Valid driver's license
* Current Police Check, CPR/First Aid, and up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
