Digital Key Account Manager - THE ICONIC
PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION
Support the PAC Wholesale Account team in growing adidas' business with THE ICONIC. This role helps drive digital sell-out, improve brand presentation, and enhance the consumer experience through data analysis, content execution, and performance tracking. Acting as a digital specialist for THE ICONIC, you will support the rollout of Digital Partner Commerce (DPC) initiatives, provide insights, and ensure adidas' products are consistently visible and optimized on the platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and report on digital KPIs (CTR, PDP views, CVR, ATC, ROAS) to identify risks and opportunities.
Support the rollout of global and regional DPC initiatives, ensuring execution is adapted to THE ICONIC's requirements.
Ensure product content is accurate, consistent, and optimized across THE ICONIC's digital touchpoints.
Partner with internal teams (Planning, Brand Activation, Digital Wholesale) to deliver seasonal activations.
Prepare reporting packs, dashboards, and insights using tools like Power BI and Similarweb.
Contribute to performance reviews and seasonal sell-in processes by providing data-driven insights.
Collaborate with external account contacts on day-to-day operations and executional follow-ups.
Share best practices with the PAC Digital Wholesale team to support account growth.
KPIs
Accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
Improvements in digital KPIs such as conversion, availability, and ROAS.
Consistency of product content and visibility across THE ICONIC.
Contribution to sell-through growth and account support.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Solid understanding of digital KPIs and how to use them to improve performance.
Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfortable working with BI tools and Excel.
Experience in eCommerce, marketplace operations, or account management.
Clear communicator, able to summarize insights and support recommendations.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Customer and consumer focused, with ability to spot execution gaps and suggest improvements.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
4–5 years' experience in Sales, eCommerce, or Digital roles.
Experience supporting account growth through analysis and execution.
Exposure to marketplace or wholesale account environments (experience with THE ICONIC a plus).
Familiarity with digital commerce platforms and performance reporting tools.
