Qualifications & Selection Criteria
* Experience delivering exceptional customer service and turning tricky situations into positive outcomes.
* Strong operational focus, covering stock handling, cash routines, and compliance.
* Effective communication skills with the ability to give simple instructions and keep the team aligned.
* Knowledge of product and brand, with a passion for coaching others.
* Enthusiasm for progression into a management role, openness to feedback, and commitment to developing leadership skills.
