Our client is a growing industrial solutions provider with a strong reputation for excellence and innovation. They are a leader in delivering high-quality projects and developing research across various industries in Australia and worldwide, and are seeking an experienced HR leader to join their leadership team.
As part of the APAC HR team and reporting to the Australian MD, you will play a pivotal role in driving this company's success. You will responsible for developing and implementing strategies, policies, and programs that foster a positive work environment and support the growth and development of all employees.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute comprehensive people strategies, policies, and programs aligned with company goals.
- Lead the Talent Acquisition and onboarding experience, ensuring the recruitment of top talent.
- Design and implement talent management and succession initiatives.
- Drive leadership programs and provide coaching and guidance to leaders on HR-related activities.
- Foster employee engagement and promote a positive work environment.
- Lead a small team of HR Business Partners, including oversight of payroll.
- Leverage your interest in systems and data analytics to contribute to the implementation of Workday and improvements in the HR systems
To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a People and Culture leader, overseeing all areas of HR, including payroll. You should possess strong knowledge of people and culture practices, employment legislation, talent acquisition, employee relations, and industry trends. The role is based in Macquarie Park and has option for work from home 2 days a week.
