* Supporting young people with daily routines, care, and activities
* Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
* Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
* Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
* Working collaboratively on individualised care plans

* Certificate IV in Youth Work, Child & Family, or Community Services
