This role is ideal for someone with 1 – 2 years experience, however we will also consider applicants at an entry-level position.The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, willing to learn and understand the intricacies and nuances of B2B marketing. The successful candidate will posses exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to captivate audiences with their captions.You should already possess a working knowledge of LinkedIn and best practices for the channel. An eye for detail is particularly important, as well as the ability to self-edit your own work.We are looking for someone who is excited by the world of tech and is keen to embrace a new and exciting challenge. You will be joining a fast-paced company that’s positioned itself as the UK market leader, with ambitions to become the global market leader in the near future.The ideal candidate will be confident speaking up in meetings, willing to share creative and innovative ideas, and possess a growth hacking mindset.Role Requirements (Essential):Proficient working knowledge of LinkedIn and wider social media best practicesExceptional copywriting skillsAbility to self-edit workInterest in the tech sectorUnderstanding of B2B marketing principlesCreative and innovative approach to problem solvingOrganised, with the ability to plan content months in advanceCapable of working across multiple projects at onceProactive and collaborative mindsetWilling to research / stay on top of latest trends, news and updates within sectorAn understanding of the requirements and best-practices surrounding community managementCompetent using their phone to capture high quality photos and videos for social mediaRole Requirements (Desirable):1-2 years experience in a similar role (though entry level candidates will still be considered)Basic graphic design skills are desirable but not essentialBasic understanding of analytics and reporting are desirable but not essentialPrevious social media strategy experience is desirable but not essentialRole Responsibilities:Reporting into the Digital & Content Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will join a talented and creative team that’s focused on the future evolution of our marketing strategy. Your ideas, strategies and thoughts will be listened to and respected. You’ll play a key role in our growth as we take the company from a UK market leader to the world stage.The role requires a start-up mentality with the ability to seek out new opportunities for growing our brand. We operate in a complex market and the ideal candidate will take this in their stride and look to constantly educate themselves on recent news, updates and market trends.You will be required to manage multiple accounts and prioritise your work accordingly. This will include leading our internal LinkedIn strategy, managing our CEO’s personal social media accounts and undertaking some external client social media management on other channels like Instagram and X.This role requires someone who is comfortable creating social-first content at events and conferences using their phone. As a result, competency with phone photography and videography is a must, as are excellent presentation skills.Responsibilities include:Work with the Digital & Content Manager and Head of Marketing to develop and execute social media marketing strategyOwn and manage brand and client social media accounts – LinkedIn, Instagram, XOwn and manage the personal brand and social media presence of company CEOBe a guardian of the brand, ensuring all content shared is of the highest standard of qualityDrive the conversation around innovative techniques, formats and mediaContribute towards content creation using your phone camera / videoKeep tabs of emerging trends, algorithm changes, new formats and channelsWork with Digital & Content Marketing Manager to support with paid media activationsAttend industry events and share insightsRegularly audit channels and recommend improvementsSupport team with launch strategy for client workplace appsCreate and populate content for social wall in client workplace appsCreate and populate content for social wall for our own workplace appBrief design team for content creationAbility to juggle multiple projects and brands at onceCompany:We believe it’s our strong commitment to our values that sets us apart and defines who we are.
