SUBWAY Restaurant Manager - Full Time, Day Time Hours
We love subs, seeing people grow and develop in their roles, and striving for operational excellence in our restaurant group. We are looking for awesome managers to join our team based in the Gippsland area. You will be based in Traralgon before moving to your primary location at Mid Valley at the start of 2026.
Reporting to the Operations Team, you will supervise, drive, develop and team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
A day in the life of a Subway Restaurant means you'll be:
Leading and supporting your team on a day-to-day basis. You will be working in front of the house, leading by example, preparing food items and cleaning as required - We all work together as one team to ensure our guests have an amazing experience.
Focusing on product quality, customer experience, processes, training, safety, and employee experience.
Helping your team meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coaching team members by delivering on-the-job training and online training via the University of Subway
Maintaining compliance to ensure food quality and customer satisfaction are kept to a high standard.
Managing business financials, including budgets and KPIs.
