* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
* Support business growth initiatives through financial modelling and analysis.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Commercial Finance Manager Should Have
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Professional accounting qualification such as CPA or CA.
* Sector experience is ideal but not mandatory
* Prior experience managing a team
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication skills to present financial insights effectively.
* A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
