Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Officer to join our Property Services team at the Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential support to the Property Services team, ensuring smooth behind-the-scenes operations at this premier destination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly reception services to staff, contractors, and suppliers
* Support the Property Services Supervisor/Manager with contract coordination and work orders
* Manage service and maintenance requests
* Facilitate contractor sign-ins and access control for external stakeholders
* Ensure accurate processing of accounts payable documents
* Maintain basic asset registers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in construction or hospitality industry and a background providing senior administrative support in fast-paced environments.
Financial administration experience with strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with property management systems.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
