What we're looking for:
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Passion for retail and customer service excellence
* Consultative selling experience with proven ability to train and coach in the art of consultative selling
* Passionate about visual presentation, stock accuracy, and creating memorable customer experiences
* Exposure to high volume, large format retailing
* Strong delegation with a focus on optimising team productivity
* Ability to manage inventory and operations efficiently (especially for Retail Inventory Lead role)
* Team players with positive, can-do attitudes
