We are growing our team and looking for a driven, marine sales professional to join us at our Gold Coast location.

The Role
As our Boat Sales Consultant, you will be the face of GCBC on the showroom floor and on the water. You will manage the full sales process from first enquiry through to handover, building lasting relationships with buyers ranging from first-timers to experienced boaties.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and self-generated leads across our full range of new and pre-owned vessels
• Guide customers through the entire purchase journey, from initial consultation to delivery
• Prepare quotes, facilitate finance introductions, and coordinate trade-in appraisals
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on all enquiries in a timely manner
• Attend boat shows and promotional events to represent the GCBC brand
• Work collaboratively with our service and administration teams to ensure seamless handovers
• Stay up to date on product knowledge across our brand portfolio
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in marine or recreational vehicle sales (boat sales experience strongly preferred)
• A genuine passion for the water and boating lifestyle
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative selling approach
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• High attention to detail and professional presentation
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline
• Current Queensland driver's licence
• Marine licence or willingness to obtain one
