Role Overview:
You will be responsible for writing residential loan applications and supporting the team with new-to-bank opportunities.
You will be accountable for self-sourcing new to bank business opportunities, business development and driving mortgage sales and identifying cross selling opportunities to deliver growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Building strong customer relationships and fostering new relationships
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets for the team through relevant roadshows, marketing and self sourcing new to bank business opportunities
- Developing business acumen and provide advice based on individual customer needs
- Perform credit analysis and manage end-to-end home loan applications as required
- Developing a strong referral network for the bank and develop new business
Skills and Experience required:
- Demonstrated track record of self sourcing and writing home loan applications and exceeding targets in a similar bank or non-bank environment
- Strong referral network
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Solid financial acumen and credit writing skills
