We are seeking experienced, suitably qualified, and motivated General Manager to oversee and manage the service operations in our business. You will be the main point of contact for all Service matters and take responsibility of ensuring the day-to-day delivery of quality service within the portfolio and ensure it meets the expectations of our participants and other stakeholders. This role requires a sound knowledge of NDIS services in the Mental Health and Disability space, along with the ability to influence positive change and developments across our services.

The successful applicant will need to have a minimum of a degree in community service setting such as Social Work, Mental Health, Disability Services, or other related field, as well as 5 - 8 years' experience working in a similar role and industry. Experience with documentation, report writing, use of computer systems and savvy with MS office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is mandatory.
**NOTE**: Applicants must obtain a Working with Vulnerable People clearance through the Office of Regulatory Services (ACT) and undergo a National Criminal History Check prior to an offer of employment. Applicants must also hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate, Covid19 Vaccination certificate, and complete the NDIS Orientation Module and COVID-19 Infection Control Module prior to employment.
