Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Womens's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) Coach to join our coaching team and support the delivery of our competitive WAG program.
This role will work under the direction of the Head Coach and alongside a committed coaching team to deliver structured, high-quality training for competitive athletes within a well-established program.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver WAG training sessions in accordance with the program framework and direction set by the Head Coach
• Implement training plans focused on technical development, strength, conditioning and competition preparation
• Support athlete progression across competitive pathways
• Maintain a safe, professional and positive training environment at all times
• Comply with all organisational, safety and child-safeguarding requirements
About You
• Current gymnastics coaching accreditation with demonstrated experience coaching competitive WAG athletes
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of WAG progressions
• Ability to work effectively within a structured coaching program and follow program direction
• Reliable, organised and professional in all aspects of coaching delivery
• Strong communication skills with athletes, parents and colleagues
• Commitment to athlete wellbeing and positive club culture
