The Role 
We're looking for a charismatic and determined Business Development Specialist to take Tumble Club to the next level. 
Your focus will be on: 
Identifying opportunities and forging new relationships in the route operator sector (think: student accommodation, hotels, resorts, caravan parks) 
Contributing to tenders and ultimately closing deals alongside the MD 
Hitting the road to make sure clients see your face, not just your email signature 
Helping customise solutions that make clients wonder how they ever survived without Tumble Club 
Representing a business model that's easy to sell because it truly works – for clients and customers alike 
This isn't a "smile and dial" sales job. This is about growing the business, growing yourself, and having loads of fun along the way. 
About You 
You're a natural communicator with energy and drive. You know how to open doors, win trust, and see things through. You thrive on independence, enjoy variety, and want to be part of something that's going places.

Motivated by building genuine relationships, not just chasing transactions 
Comfortable with travel and face-to-face business development
