We are searching for passionate Restaurant Managers at each of these iconic venues;
- Winghaus: A wing-packed, sauce-smacked sports bar and diner, home to chicken wing cult classics, 40 drinks on tap, and live sports on massive screens.
- The Bavarian: Classic German beer hall experience with hearty food, steins of beer, and lively, family-friendly atmosphere.

About You
- Experience: Proven track record as a Venue or Restaurant Manager in a high-volume venue. Skilled in cost control, labour management, budgeting, and achieving revenue targets.
- Leadership: Confidence managing large teams, bookings, events, and rapid-paced service.
- People Focus: Passion for training, mentoring, and building customer-focused teams.
- Requirements: Valid RSA certification.
