We are seeking to establish a pool of Education Assistant - Mainstream for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year.
Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
Under teacher direction, an Education Assistant - Mainstream would assist the teacher in the delivery of planned education programs, including the operation of computers; and, under teacher direction, implement individual or small group programs.
It is highly regarded that suitable applicants will maintain our safe, transparent, collaborative, and caring culture, upholding our strong ethos and moral purpose as a school for all.
Suitable applicants will ideally have good sound, oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with students, parents, and teaching professionals.
As an Education Assistant, you would assist the teacher with preparation and maintenance of the learning environment by maintaining equipment, materials, and resources for use in class.
Excellent organisation and management skills are highly desirable to assist in the delivery of effective education programs to students.
