What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for an ongoing opportunity within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role will be primarily based on the front counter, assisting customers with product sales, enquiries and orders, while also providing support to the warehouse team when required.
The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service experience with a proven ability to work efficiently under pressure. Exposure to warehousing or holding a forklift licence will be highly regarded. The key focus for this role is delivering excellent customer service, accuracy in order processing and maintaining a positive, professional approach in a busy trade environment.
