Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff performance.
* Coordinate multiple events and training sessions across corporate and community settings.
* Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to achieve training objectives and improve overall organisational performance.
* Prepare and maintain accurate records of training activities and materials.
* Utilise Microsoft Office tools to support planning and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Training, Business, or Human Resources Management, or minimum two years' experience in a related role.
* Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or similar role with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Hands-on experience in event management and coordination; ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions.
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to negotiate, influence outcomes, and solve complex problems.
* Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite.
