Cleaner Driver / Owner – Sanitary Service (Permanent Runs)

About the Role
* Conduct regular sanitary and hygiene service visits to washroom facilities across a range of business clients in Newcastle, Central Coast and surrounding regions.
* Operate from home‐based routes with only 2–3 visits per week required to the Mayfield West depot.
* Follow a planned, time‐based work schedule across permanent, multi‐location runs.
* Deliver high‐quality sanitary services as a representative of an industry‐leading brand with over 30 years of experience.
Responsibilities
* Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction during all sanitary bin servicing activities.
* Ensure accurate documentation of service visits and work performed.
* Communicate effectively with the in‐house logistics team for support and supplies.
* Adhere to safety and environmental guidelines related to waste handling.
Qualifications
* Own a white van (Toyota Hiace, Ford Custom or equivalent) or be willing to purchase one.
* Registered as a company or willing to set one up.
* Experience in the cleaning, courier, or a related industry is desirable but not necessary.
* Hold a current Class C licence.
* Able to work in a fast‐paced environment.
Salary & Benefits
* Earnings of $104,000 – $145,000 per annum (inc. GST, conditions apply).
* 12‐ to 48‐month extendable contracts with permanent runs in the same areas every month.
