As a seasoned Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of SAP S4HANA across our Australia-based Commercial Supply Chain function. Reporting directly to the Director Supply Chain - Australia, this 12-month fixed-term placement offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals with strong project management expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who can lead key projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess subject matter expertise in GEP SAP and S4HANA, as well as experience in OTC, P2S, and P2P processes.
The selected individual will be responsible for:
* Leading the transition of SAP software from GEP to S4 HANNA across the JANZ region.
* Providing leadership and taking ownership of the scope, budget, schedule, project team, and business communications regarding designated projects.
* Ensuring the onboarding of S4 HANNA software to all internal stakeholders, including rollout, training, SOP, and work instruction generation.
* Creating project management plans that define project scope, key deliverables, and timeframes.
* Tracking progress through applied metrics.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets timelines and expectations.
Key qualifications include:
* Prior experience in leading projects is essential.
* Subject matter expertise in GEP SAP and S4HANA is highly desirable.
* Experience in OTC, P2S, and P2P processes is required.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
