About the role
In this role you will showcase Coopers as the best beer destination in Australia by delivering memorable tourism experiences, including tours and guided tastings, alongside providing warm, professional hospitality in our restaurant and taproom.
You will:
* Welcome guests with warmth, providing an introduction to the venue and setting the tone for their experience.
* Deliver attentive, efficient food and beverage service in line with established hospitality standards and Coopers procedures.
* Ensure all Coopers Beers are presented to customers in immaculate condition.
* Confidently lead engaging public tours of the Maltings and Brewery, sharing the story behind our craft.
* Accurately process orders through the POS system with attention to detail.
* Communicate effectively with Front-of-House and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
About you
You're a beer lover and the kind of person who thrives on creating memorable experiences for others. Enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated, you bring a natural warmth to every interaction and take pride in delivering outstanding hospitality.
You'll also have:
* A passion for great service and the ability to make every guest feel welcome.
* Sound beer, food, wine and coffee knowledge.
* The confidence to engage groups as a public speaker and share our story with pride.
* Experience in restaurant and bar service procedures.
* The ability to stay composed and effective under pressure.
* A collaborative spirit and commitment to working as part of a team.
* A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
* A current Food Safety Certificate.
* A Certificate II in Hospitality Management (highly regarded, but not essential)
